usage agreement

 This Usage Agreement is entered into by and between [zazo.club], hereinafter referred to as the "Content Provider," and [zazo.club], operating under the blog name "zazo.club," hereinafter referred to as the "Blogger."

Content Provision:

a. The Content Provider grants the Blogger the non-exclusive right to use and publish the written content, including articles, blog posts, and any related material (the "movies"), provided by the Content Provider.

b. The Content Provider shall retain ownership and copyright of the Content.

Content Usage:

a. The Blogger agrees to use the Content solely for the purposes of publishing on the blog "zazo.club" owned and operated by the Blogger.

b. The Blogger shall not reproduce, distribute, or use the Content for any other purpose without obtaining written permission from the Content Provider.

Intellectual Property:

a. The Content Provider represents that they have the necessary rights and permissions to grant the Blogger the rights to use the Content as specified in this Agreement.

b. The Blogger shall credit the Content Provider as the author of the Content by including a byline or attribution in each published work.

Editing and Modification:

a. The Blogger may edit or modify the Content, including making minor revisions for clarity, grammar, or formatting purposes, while ensuring that the essence and meaning of the Content remain intact.

b. Substantial alterations or modifications to the Content require prior written consent from the Content Provider.

Exclusivity:

a. This Agreement does not grant the Blogger exclusive rights to the Content. The Content Provider may provide the same or similar Content to other parties for publication or use.

b. The Blogger acknowledges that the Content Provider is free to publish or license the Content to other platforms, publications, or individuals.

Termination:

a. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party.

b. Upon termination, the Blogger shall cease using the Content and remove all published instances of the Content from "zazo.club" blog.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [usa]. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [usa].

Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Content Provider and the Blogger regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written.

By accepting this Agreement, the Blogger acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
